All bookings must be made online or by phone. A booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email. Misterfare reserves the right to decline bookings at its discretion.
All prices are fixed at time of booking. The price shown is the price you pay. Additional charges may apply for: waiting time beyond the free period, additional stops not included in the original booking, or tolls/parking requested after booking.
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup. Cancellations within 24 hours may be charged up to 50% of the fare. No-shows are charged at 100% of the fare.
Airport transfers include 60 minutes free waiting from flight landing time. Non-airport pickups include 15 minutes free waiting. Waiting beyond the free period is charged at £0.50 per minute.
We track flights using the flight number provided. Misterfare is not responsible for delays caused by flight tracking inaccuracies. Please provide your correct flight number at booking.
Luggage allowance is as specified for each vehicle type. Excessive luggage may require a larger vehicle at additional cost. Please specify unusual luggage (golf clubs, pushchairs etc.) at booking.
Drivers may refuse or terminate a journey if passengers are: abusive, intoxicated, or behaving unsafely. No refund will be given in these circumstances.
Misterfare's liability is limited to the value of your booking. We are not liable for: missed flights, consequential losses, or delays caused by traffic or circumstances beyond our control.
Please report any service issues within 24 hours by email or phone. We investigate all complaints promptly and fairly.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
