Our minimum hourly booking is 3 hours. This ensures we can allocate a dedicated driver and vehicle for your use.

Yes — if your driver is available, you can extend your booking on the day. Additional hours are charged at the standard hourly rate.

Your driver, fuel, and all running costs. For parking fees and congestion charges, these are passed through at actual cost.

Yes — for extended bookings we always try to assign the same driver. Just let us know when booking.

For reasonable use within the UK, yes. Very long distances (e.g. intercity runs) may be charged differently — we will always agree this in advance.
